When it launched in 2004, the PetRescue website was the first of its kind in Australia, and since then, it has been the connection for over 860,000 rescue pets and their new families. 

PetRescue’s adoption platform gives pets the best chance to find a home by bringing thousands of homeless pets face-to-face with tens of thousands of potential adopters every day. And the best part is, all PetRescue website services and adoption support programs are free and accessible to all rescue members and pet lovers alike.

Help those who cannot speak

I am and always will be an animal lover. 

It is so heartbreaking to see and hear animals that have found themselves in a terrible predicament or in the hands who cannot provide what they need. 

But…it is most heartwarming when they are given the best act of kindness by other humans who step in and our furry friends are given another chance for them to find their forever home where they are loved. 

Our Kijani boy is not a rescue, however his breeder made sure he did go to the right family and forever home. Ben and I love our boy so much and couldn’t imagine our lives without him. We do not have children but I feel he has filled a void that we did not realise was there. 

So, here we are, on our way to do our part in helping our furry friends to good homes where they’re taken care of even if in transition to their new home. 

Our goal is $1,500 and 50km’s. The only exercise I do is when walking Kijani, so this will be a challenge for myself with a full time job. 

So please join our team for our walkies and or a friendly donation. No donation is too small.
